CHURCH ADMIN COORDINATOR

International Family Church (IFC) is seeking a Spirit-led, relational, and highly organized ministry builder to coordinate our administrative center, provide comprehensive support across our pastoral and leadership teams, and guide people through meaningful discipleship pathways.

ROLE OVERVIEW

• Position: Church Admin Coordinator
• Reports To: Lead Pastor
• Direct Reports: Admin & Media Technician, 4 Support Teams

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Follow-Up & Discipleship: Connect newcomers to next steps within 48 hours; maintain data.
• Leadership Support: Admin support for Lead Pastors, Leadership Team, Ministry Leaders; minutes, schedules.
• Office Operations: Oversee workflows, manage channels, publish monthly calendar.
• Event Coordination: Organize ministry events, training, classes, special conferences.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, empower volunteer teams with care.

• Active Christian aligned with mission, agape love, Christlike.
• Exceptional people skills, warm, empathetic, relational.
• Strong administrative, written, verbal communication.
• Tech-confident, systems and database skills.
• Proactive, organized, solution-driven.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Preferred: Diploma or Bachelor's in Ministry, Business, Communications, Leadership.
• Alternative: Equivalent experience considered.
