Join Elcor Industries and play a key role in supporting HR strategy, employee relations, recruitment, performance management and KPI reporting across the Group.
Requirements
WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- HR / Industrial Psychology Degree or equivalent
- 2–3 years' relevant HR experience
- Generalist HR experience advantageous
- Strong HR reporting & KPI skills
- Knowledge of labour legislation
- Excellent communication & relationship-management skills
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
