Requirements:
- BA in Marketing or related field
- 10 years Experience in sales & marketing, within experiential/volunteer tourism
- Experience with booking platforms, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Passion for responsible travel and sustainability
- Proficiency in multiple European languages would be an advantage
